This Is Not Time Travelling

She swings her legs on the flower bedding while Dawn handed to her a soft and aromatic bread with a hot chocolate drink. Her face shows how much she enjoyed it. Dawn was very diligent in serving her, as she immediately teleported to Mirifical Enthral in a matter of seconds just to get her some food after she was awake.

Something dark swirls on the ground before entering her shadow, she noticed it, followed by a white butterfly fluttering near her, putting her drink down, she holds her finger out for it to land. Emi attentively looks at it, as the butterfly flaps its wings trice and walks around her finger, there was a smile on her lips.

”I thought I might lose my heart from all the surprises today. ” Aurielle confessed.

”I know right? We almost got killed, meeting Ashen Adventurer, Legendary White Knight then theres the Dragon Princess… Luckily, she only mistook him for the Dark King. I would have fainted if we were getting any luckier than this. ” Remy clarified.

They rest for a little longer inside the garden to make sure Emi was fine but Dawn was crying, poking, and touching her face nonstop, she couldn believe that their dearest Dragon Princess has finally awake.

”Dawn, still crying? Want some bread? ” She asked while handing it to her. Dawn cried even more, finally hearing her sweet voice.

”No. No need, Princess must be hungry from all that sleeping. Go on, eat. ” Dawn persuade. She nodded and continued eating.

”I thought Sir White Knight would really be the Dark King. ” Dylan sighed in relief.

”Well, it can be helped if the Princess thought sir White Knight was our King. ” Dawn mentioned.

”And why is that, isn he a dragon? ” Remy asked, curious as to why she could mistake Lucius, a human for her father, a dragon.

”The King can change appearance into a human, have none of you humans knew about dragons and their ability to shapeshift? Although, it did take a long time to cultivate their power to be able to turn into one. ” Dawn explained.

”And White Knight happens to have the same purple eyes as the Dark King. ” Dawn continues.

”Oh? The Dark King has purple eyes too? ” Remy was intrigued.

”Yes, but the Dark King has a slightly darker shade of purple than the White Knight. ” Dawn said.

”Talking about Father, so where is he? ” Emi suddenly asked.

”He hasn returned, Princess. ” Dawn was a bit regretful to inform her.

”Is that so? ” She looked down, contemplating. Dawn panicked as she was afraid that Emi might feel sad about it.

”Don worry! He did visit a lot after Princess was sealed. He even created a replica of himself to protect you, Princess. ” Dawn tries to comfort her.

”He did? Thats good then, I hope he wasn angry anymore. ” Emi smiles gently.

”Angry? Why would he? ” Dawn was confused.

”Well, I tried to persuade him to be more peaceful with the Light Dragons descendent but he got furious so he flew away. ” Emi sighs.

”Oh, that was the reason he left you. You know how he felt when mentioning the Light Dragon. ” Dawn didn know that had happened, she was a bit surprised that Emi would be bold enough to suggest such a thing to the Dark King. If she was in his position, even she would be furious.

”I know, but he can be so stubborn about it and caused problems for them. ” Emi argued. That old man of hers was too hostile when it was regarding the Light Dragon and his descendants. The problem will never be solved if they didn let go of their hatred.

”Then, the Higher Wizards told me that they wanted to seal me, because I was too dangerous to humankind, not after witnessing the Strymir Empire defeated by me. So, I just agreed. I thought it was a good opportunity for me to get away from him because I was angry at him too. But that night… Only then did I realize how the people have feared me. ” Emi confessed to which they didn know how to respond with.

”Where is Father? I should see him now. ” Emis face brightens once again.

”Err… No one has heard of him, Princess. ” Remy hesitate.

”Never heard of him? When was the last time he was heard of? ” Emi asked them in return. There was silence among them, they didn know how to explain to her.

”How long do you think you have slept? ” Lucius looks at her. She thought for a moment.

”Hmm… At least a year? Though it felt like Ive been sleeping only for a day. ” Emi guessed. They felt bitterness to speak the truth.

”Whats wrong? Its not? So how long have I slept then? ” Emi asked them, she continued sipping on her hot chocolate drink while waiting for the answer. They turn their head to each other, someone must tell her.

”3000 years. ” Lucius said bluntly. Emi coughed on her drink, it stained her white dress, and Dawn quickly help her wipe it off.

”What?! Are you serious?! ” She asked. They all nodded. Emi looked down in shock.

”It felt so quick but actually that long? I know I did joke around, saying I want to sleep for a thousand years because I was tired, but not literally! Arrghhh! ” She grunted while holding her head in frustration. Then, she remembered and turned to Dawn, holding her hand.

”So how long has Father wasn heard of? ” She asked Dawn. Emi was very concerned now.

”Around 1000 years later after Princess got sealed. ” Dawn revealed with regret.

”Already that long?! Im beginning to worry. ” Emi was getting anxious, she stood up from the flower bedding and walks back and forth, clearly restless.

”Don worry, Im sure he is fine. ” Dawn tries to assure her.

”No, I don think so. Father, regardless of how angered he was, would never forget his duties. So, he hasn come home even once? ” She asked. Dawn shakes her head.

”Didn he mention anything to you Dawn? Maybe he wanted to go somewhere, anywhere? ” Emi asked again.

”No. He visited you like always and just disappeared. ” Dawn explained.

”That is very suspicious. I need to find him. ” Emi asserted and hastily move her feet.

”Calm down, Princess! ” Dawn called out, Emi stopped midway and slowly walks backward, returning beside her.

”I don know the way. ” With a serious face, she admitted.

”Where are we anyway and who are these people? ” Emi finally looked at the bigger picture and realized the unrecognizable place and new faces.

”Ah! We
e in Ruin of Eves Garden of Eternity, it was built especially for you, Princess, and I almost forgot to introduce them, they are here to visit Princess too. ” Dawn explained.

The others didn dare to tell her that they just met her by chance and didn even know that she was in there. They smiled forcefully.

”Hoo. Thank you, kind people. Im Emilia Verendus, and as you know, Im the Dragon Princess. Im currently in a hurry, so let us skip the introduction to later, and lets move. ” Emi rushed.

They are very much obliged, they understand that she is distressed now that she has just woken up from her 3000 years of slumber. Of course, she would be overwhelmed with all the information.

”Right this way, Princess. ” Dawn escorted her, but they had to make a quick stop first, in front of a large room, it was the treasury room. The others immediately packed the treasure.

”They
e taking the treasure? Wait, since when there were treasures in here? ” Emi was dumbfounded.

”Its a little reward given to them for meeting you, Princess. ” Dawn said to her.

”So, I have become an exhibition? ” Emi was confused. Meanwhile, Dawn was surprised by her words.

”Im truly sorry if you think like that, Princess! ” Dawn said regretfully.

”No. No, its fine. I guess it won hurt to meet Sleeping Beauty. ” Emi chuckles.

”Am I the only one felt weird listening to that? ” Cole was slightly discomforted.

”Oh… So Im not pretty… Ha. Ha. Haaa… ” Emi was embarrassed and there were hints of sadness in her tone, her chuckles were now awkward.

Lucius instantaneously smacked Coles head, with Dawn and Lucius both glaring at him with a murderous aura, he felt like their glare could pierce through and kill him.

”Of course, you are pretty! Very beautiful! ” Cole exclaimed, the others expressed agreement, furiously nodding their head. Emis face brightens once again, smiling sheepishly.

”Cole, you
e trying to kill us? ” Aurielle whispered hard to him, they eyed him.

”Sorry, sorry. Ill mind my words. ” Cole hesitated.

”Alright, we
e done. ” Dylan and the others finally finished packing the treasures.

”Huh? Theres a lot more. ” Emi said, as there are many treasure chests left inside the treasury room.

”Its more than enough, besides we can carry too much. ” Aurielle explained.

”Hooo. ” Emi looked around, there were about 20 chests full of gold and gems inside them. In the past, her father was a bit materialistic, a typical dragon guarding its treasures, isn he? She guessed, he must have felt lonely and brought it in there.

”So you wouldn mind if I take the remaining? ” Emi asked them.

”Well, it is yours, to begin with, Dragon Princess. ” Aurielle reminded her.

”Ah! Right, I forgot, hehe. ” Emi smiled embarrassedly. Her cheeks reddened in rosy color.

”Okay then, Black Hole. ” Emi chanted and a black hole appeared underneath all the chests before all of it falls inside.

”So you used your spell for storage? ” Cole questions. Intrigued by her ways of using her spells, very versatile, and oddly similar.

”Yes. Its easier like this so I don need to carry heavy things. ” Emi responded.

”That is a very convenient spell. ” Cole complimented.

There are rare magics that can be rather flexible in the world, while elemental magic is pretty rigid since not much can be done with them, only different weather or conditions has an effect on them.

”Work smart not work hard. ” She smirked proudly.

”Isn that the same spell the White Knight used? ” Remy asked, after remembering the fight earlier. Emi looked at Lucius, the tall man with only his eyes shown, who had his gaze fixed on her.

”You use dark magic too? ” Emi asked him, and he only nodded.

”Cool, cool. Its the first time, I met anyone else that uses dark magic. ” She gave him a thumbs up.

”Alright then, lets go! ” Emi exclaimed and they began to ascend the stairs. The secret door opened leads to the hall they fight the replica.

”What a mess. What happened in here? ” Emi asked after looking at the terrible condition of the large room, hollows on the wall and even a massive hole in the ground, walls crumbled, pillars collapsed, and melted stones.

”They fought the Replica in this room. ” Dawn said to her.

”Wow. It looks like a fierce battle, too bad didn get to see it. What a shame. ” Emi said casually. It really surprises them to see how laid back she is, despite some of her stories making her seem heartless as a demon but also benevolent as an angel.

”Black Hole. ” Lucius chanted, it took them by surprise since hes barely heard spoken.

”What was that spell for? ” Cole asked him.

”Your Claymore. ” Lucius replied.

”Oh for goodness sake! Just leave it! ” Cole said furiously but Lucius didn respond to him.

”Don you dare give it to me again! ” Cole pointed at him. They just laugh at Coles childish behavior. As they left the room, they were greeted by something unexpected.

”What in the world? ” Cole was stunned, they all were. The hall was filled with different types of monsters and creatures. The Howlers, Araneus, Serpentines, Watchers, druids, goblins, fairies, and small creatures unknown to them, shaped like mushrooms and even large living trees.

”The princess really has woken up! ” A goblin exclaimed. They began to cheer.

”Did everyone come to greet me? ” Emi was touched by their surprise.

”We have a feeling that our princess has returned. Even the Cursed Woods has disappeared. ” Rose the druid explained. Suddenly, they heard familiar giggles from behind them, as they turns around, they saw the Killer Gliders come running towards them.

”Arghhh!! ” The others screamed in fear.

”Mellows! ” Emi ran towards them, and at that moment they all poofed into fluffy light pink furballs. Emi hugged them.

”Hahaha! You guys become so scary. What happened? ” Emi asked them while laughing happily.

Melp! Melp! Melp! They began to swarm her, burying her under the piles of Mellows.

”So the Killer Gliders were Mellows. ” Dawn smiles.

”You didn know about it, Dawn? ” Aurielle asked to her.

”I wouldn say that I didn notice the similarities. ” Dawn chuckles.

”Eh? Similarities? ” They were doubtful about that.

”The Mellows do love their masks, and both the Killer Gliders and the Mellows can change the landscape. Although, they did lose their soft fur. ” Dawn crouched down and caress one of the Mellow to which it purrs.

”No, no, no. Theres nothing similar in them except for their powers maybe? ” They tried to compare the creepy and deadly Killer Gliders with the Mellows rounded, soft, and cute appearances. Emi was still playing with the Mellows.

”Why do they have knives? ” Remy was a bit concerned, seeing them carrying a small knife.

”Cute but deadly. ” Emi chuckles. The Mellows were fighting each other with their little knives, fencing for fun. Some were hissing and poking Emis shadow.

”Everyone, lets head back to the forest. We should celebrate our princesss return and also celebrate the young adventurers who freed her! ” Dawn ordered, and they all began to cheer loudly.

”But we didn do anything. ” Aurielle whispered to the others.

”Just let it be. ” Cole said to her.

It was a mystery that her seal suddenly broke because when they tries to break it, nothing happened. Is it that they did unseal her but the reaction was late or something or someone else has unsealed her instead? No one knows.

”Come everyone. You should come to our place. ” Emi invited. Their faces lighten up.

”The Mirifical Enthral?! You
e inviting us to the Mirifical Enthral?! THE Mirifical Enthral?! ” They were overly excited. It had been everyones dream to visit the most enchanting and mysterious place on Theia.

”Hahaha! Of course, you
e our guest! ” Emi was also excited to have people visiting her home.

”Mellows! Ready! ” Emi signaled the jolly Mellows and those who knew, were preparing themselves.

”Oh my, Ive almost forgotten about this. ” Dawn chuckles.

”About what? ” Cole asked. Out of nowhere, they all fall into a large hole.

”ARRGGGHHHH!!!!!! ” All of them screamed as they slide through the hole that the Mellows created.

”Isn this fun?! Hahaha! Woohoooo! ” Emi exclaimed.

”Oh my god! No! ” They denied. Lucius regardless of the commotion was still calm with his arm crossed as he slide.

”How can you be this calm?! ” Cole was flabbergasted to see him.

Emi was still laughing, amused to see the Mellows doing stunts as they slide. After swirling around in the underground, they finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel and were thrown outside in the sky.

”NOOOOO!!!!! ” They screamed at the top of their lungs, before falling back and landing on something soft, pillow-like. It was gigantic springy cotton.

Emi was the first to fall onto it, bouncing back as she rolls in the sky and stood firm on the ground with her hand up in the air, just like an acrobat. The other inhabitant of Mirifical Enthral claps their hands for the magnificent gymnastic feat.

”Hehe. ” Emi smiles proudly. Everyone else has arrived too.

”Are you guys, okay? ” Emi asked them, who was laying on the cotton, defeated both mentally and physically. Limbs getting weak from the surprise, but not Lucius. He kept his cool all the time.

”Been better. How did you do that? Its even impressive that you can do that in a dress. ” Remy was astounded, and she just chuckles.

”I learn from the best. ” Emi winked and the Mellow rolled and jumped joyfully. Something hopping at high speed toward her.

”Eyz! Long time no see! ” A white Mellow hopped into her arms, different from those in the light pink color, Ezy also didn have a mask or a knife. Then, Emi turned her head toward her guests.

”Everyone, welcome to Mirifical Enthral! ” She welcomed them.

They were greeted and celebrated by the citizen of Mirifical Enthral. Unveiled to their eyes were trees that grow uniquely with pulsing colors, some of the trees were even moving, alive! There is a large spring waterfall with crystal clear water surrounded with magilites, and slimes in it, jumping and splashing the water. Floating in the sky were orbs of lights and unique insects, but larger. The ground shakes as they saw giants made of stones looking at them, they were stunned. Truly, the Mirifical Enthral is miraculous!

”Its like a fantasy world! ” They were mesmerized.

”Well, technically this world is a fantasy but never mind that. You guys should stay here for some period of time before heading back. ” Emi suggested.

”We are really grateful for this meaningful invitation. ” Aurielle shakes Emis hand and smiles at each other. Everyone was having the best time in their life. They stayed and got to learn about Mirifical Enthral and the Dragon Princess even more.

”Now that I think about it… ” Cole sat with the others after having dinner, he caught their attention.

”Its been 3000 years since her sealment… Don you think, we might just have made the divination come true? ” He asked, they were a bit surprised.

”Haha, its impossible. Maybe it was just a coincidence? ” Aurielle tries to deny it.

They suddenly felt uneasy and looked at Emi who was still playing with Ezy in the open space, not far from where they were sitting. While, Lucius had his back slumped against a tree, sitting close to her. She noticed that they were looking at her so she waved at them, smiling cheerily.
