Weta Workshop which in future will change into Weta Digital will simply rule the visual effects industry along with others after the release of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. However, they are a small workshop being managed by the husband and wife – Richard Taylor‎ and Tania Rodger today.

Compared to an industry giant like Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), they are cheaper and eager to work on low-budget productions.

Sunny already made the initial contact with them and will move to New Zealand after finalising the actors.

Sunny and Sofia drove to the actors guild where the auditions will be held. They got an audition room with 2 staff in exchange for 3 thousand dollars in rent for the day.

CAA has a lot of actors under their banner but if you hold an audition inside the actors guild, you can attract more actors from different agencies.

‎ ”Should we start calling the names? ” Sunny sitting behind the table asked Sofia. Sofia and Sunny were together to screen the main leads for the movie.

These two roles are the main heart and soul of the entire movie, and these two actors must have some good acting skills. Plus, they must be charming enough to attract the audience.

”Lets start. ” Sofia nodded and then the photography assistant took his seat and the girl responsible for the roll calls started her job.

The first male actor who came for the audition is none other than the famous Nicolas Cage!

The young man in his 20s when entered the audition room, simply shocked Sunny.

This is Nicholas Cage. The future Super Star who will only be ruined after the economic recession in the US. But before that, everyone knew him as a true A-list superstar.

Nicholas only came to show his support to Sofia and was not interested in this kind of film. For him, this movie lacked enough depth and emotions to portray as an actor.

His acting was good, and he read a few lines but Sunny was not impressed by the casual attitude. Though he still kept him as an option.

After that multiple young actors came and auditioned for the role and Sunny found a few superstars.

Keanu Reeves – a future Superstar and a bright man with good acting skills.

Brendan Fraser – future Mummy star, similar acting skills to Keanu

Apart from these two, others hardly made any impact and their acting skills, line delivery or emotions were simply out of the place.

”What do you think about this Brendan Fraser? ” Sofia asked Sunny. This actor was expressive enough and had good skills.

”I like him but what about Keanu or Nicholas? ” Sunny asked back.

”I don want Nicholas to come in this movie. I want to do this on my own with my familys support. So, choose Keanu or Brendan. ” Sofia replied while checking their details.

”Why should we choose on audition only? Don forget their pay. Call their agents, discuss their pay and the cheaper one will be selected. I always believe numbers make more sense in these discussions. ” Sunny said after thinking and Sofia couldn find any mistake with it.

For the female lead roles, there were many beautiful models and rookie actresses that came to audition. The chance to become a lead actress is too tempting for women in the movie industry even if the film is low budget.

However, when sunny saw the familiar but young and charming face of Tea Leoni, he was simply thanking his stars.

This actress is not very famous in the movie circle, but she is still a qualified actress in Hollywood. Now, she is young and charming, and her sex appeal is simply too strong.

Before Sunny could speak further, suddenly he received a call.

”Excuse Me! ” Sunny had to move towards a separate area while Sofia was handling the audition.

”Hello, Mr Sunny? This is your lawyer, Matthews Fort. ” The familiar voice of his lawyer confused Sunny.

”Yeah, Hello Matthew. I hope I am not in some trouble, am I? ” Sunny asked worriedly. No way, no lawyer in the US will call his client in his free time. Everything is billed for lawyers even the phone calls. Plus, a call from lawyers is hardly a piece of good news.

”Hey, its not like what are you thinking. I am calling to ask for a favour. You know there is a young actress who went for an audition in your film, Tea Leoni. I hope if she is qualified enough, you can provide some assistance.

You know her father is Anthony Pantaleoni, a corporate lawyer with the firm Fulbright & Jaworski and that is my last company. So, there is some contact with him and he did help me a lot in my earlier days.

I just want to repay that favour, but I will only ask for this if you think that girl is good enough for that movie. After all, I am not the one investing or making it. ”

Sunny just smiled and he was sure to choose this woman. In the US, a lawyer is one of the most important friends to have and he was already going to put her in the final role.

”No Issues. Let Mr Anthony know the good news. His daughter has enough charms and acting skills to back up this role. Lets chat later okay. ” Sunny cut the call after some random talk and went back to auditions.
