”Yes….. Please this way ”, Maanvi said to Raghav pointing towards the stairs.

Suddenly, Manvis foot got twisted while walking down from stairs and she was just about to fall from the stairs.

”Hey!…be carefull ”, Raghav said to Maanvi, holding her hand from behind.

Raghav was following Manvi just as Manvi was about to fall, Raghav saved her from falling by holding her hand in time.

Maanvi turned and looked at Raghav, both were looking at each other in the same position with no moment. Both feel a different feeling in their hearts which was unknown to both of them. Maanvi slowly stood up straight and Raghav also left her hand now.

”Thank you… Thank you ”, Manvi said looking down to Raghav.

”Its ok….but now walk carefully ”, replied Raghav looking at Maanvi.

”OK ”, Maanvi replied turning forward.

Raghav started walking forward and started going down the stairs where Manvi was moving slowly as her foot was twisted. Raghav notices and turns towards Manvi.

”What happened? ”.. ”Are you okk ”?, Raghav asked Manvi.

Manvi first stayed quite for a while but then replied with a sad face . ”its Nothing just twisted my leg, Maanvi replied looking at her twisted feet.

Raghav also looked at her feet.

”Do you need my help? ”, Raghav asked Maanvi.

”No..no, its ok, I can walk myself ”, says Maanvi looking at Raghav.

”OK..as you wish ”, Raghav replies.

Raghav after saying this again turns forward and starts walking but his full attention was on Manvi because Manvi was hurt.

Manvi was also trying her best to walk normally but she was unable to do so because of pain

”Ouch!.. ”, Manvi said because of pain.

Raghav turned backwards and came directly to Manvi without saying a word. Manvi saw Raghav who was standing too close to her.

”I am fine…i can walk ”, Maanvi said to Raghav.

But Raghav did not listen to her and took her in his arms.Manvi heartbeat suddenly become too fast… seriously as fast as an engine.

”Hey! you put me down right now ”, Maanvi said looking at Raghav with big eyes.

Raghav took her back to the cabin without saying anything . Manvi in the whole way to cabin asked Raghav to put her down but he didn listen to her.After reaching in cabin Raghav made Maanvi sit on the sofa.

”You just sit here.. silently ”, Raghav told Maanvi.

Raghav himself got down on his knees and grabbed Maanvis leg and placed it on his right knee. Raghav was looking at Manvis feet which was twisted and was checking it by pressing it.

”Its ok… I will be fine, please don do this, Maanvi said looking at Raghav.

Manvi was continuously Trying to let her leg go from Raghavs grab but he didn allow her to do so by grabbing her leg more tightly.

Raghav suddenly twisted her feet.

”Ouch! It hurts ”, Manvi shouted loudly.

Manvi suddenly grabbed Raghavs shoulder tightly with her hand. She closed her eyes tightly because of pain. Raghav looked at her and he seemed to be lost in Manvis face. , he felt a strange feeling in his heart after seeing her from this close.

”What am I doing ”?, Raghav says to himself, removing his eyes from Manvi.

”It will get better soon, don worry, soon you will feel relief from the pain ”, Raghav said to Maanvi while putting her foot down on floor.

”OK… Tha…thanks ”,Maanvi replies slowly unwillinglly as she was in pain. She opening her eyes slowly and looked at Raghav.

Raghav stood up and moved towards his chair and sat on it. Manvi moved her leg, her pain was gone.

”Unbelievable… You have magic in your hands, Mr. Officer; My pain is gone now ”, she said with a smile to Raghav.

Raghavs help made a home for Raghav in Manvis heart. Her eyes was looking at Raghav with some different manner with which she never looked at someone else before.

Raghav heard but did not looked at Manvi as he was also feeling something strange which was making him uncomfortable. Manvis eyes was continuously roaming in his mind.

”Ok..now walk carefully next time ”, Raghav replied looking at the file as he was unable to gather courage to look at manvi.

”Yeah…..! Ill ”, Maanvi replies looking at Raghav with a smile.

”Do you need anything? ”, she asked Raghav.

”No..you Just sit there quietly; I don want you to turn your feet again ”, said Raghav looking at Maanvi.

”Ok..Alright ”, Maanvi replies with a big fake smile. As she can see that Raghav was taunting her.

The principal came inside the cabin at the same time, Maanvi stood at her place as soon as she saw him.

”Mr. Raghav! How are you feeling here? ”; do you like your cabin? ”, the principal asked Raghav.

”Yes sir…It is very good, I like it ”, Raghav also says while standing up as Manvis principal was as the age of Raghavs grandpaa.

”And whats about your assistant? Is she proving helpful? to you ? ”, the principal asked Raghav while looking at Manvi.

”If you have chosen it then there must be a good reason behind it.. ” right sir, he replied.

The principal looks at Maanvi and she was trying to let the fake laughter laugh.

”OK..Okay ”, the principal replies to Raghav.

”Take good care of Mr. Raghav, said the principal looking at Maanvi.

”Yes, yes sure sir ”, I will take full care of him ”, Manvi replies.

The principal left the cabin saying this, Raghav glanced at Manvi once and then sat down on his chair

Manvi slowly moved towards her chair and sat on it.

She gives the remaining files of event management to Raghav for checking.

”Now, you can go, thats enough for today ”, Raghav said to Maanvi.

”Ok..Maanvi replies and turns to go outside.

Manvi was going very slowly and thinking something, she suddenly turns again.

”What if you needed my help after I left?, how would I know?, Maanvi said to Raghav in a quiet creepy way.

”What do you mean? ”, said Raghav looking at her without any expression on his face.

”I just said call me when you need my help ”, I will come as soon as i can ” Maanvi told Raghav.

”But I don have your number ”, Raghav said in a very casual way.

Then give me yours, Maanvi tells Raghav with scratching her head and laughing like an idiot

”No need ”,said Raghav looking at the file.

”Hyee…it is so rude and bad, Manvi said in her mind while making her face as a Halloween pumpkin.

Did you say something, Raghav said while looking at Manvi.

”no … No .. nothing, I was just saying .. saying..what i was saying yeah!…i was saying how will you know if I need your help?, Maanvi said making an excuse .

” Im not interested in knowing your problem ”, Raghav said in a paused manner.

”Aahhhh! You are seriously unbelievably rude and bitter as a bitter gourd , Maanvi said loudly and left the room with a spoiled mood.

”oh god…. So Childish, said Raghav looking at her from behind.

She came out of the cabin and went to her friend Priya. As soon as Priya saw Maanvi, she called her.

”Hey… come here to the water cooler ”, Priya called out loudly to Manvi.

Manvis eyes reached on Priya and she went to her. Priya was looking at Manvi with suspicious eyes.

”Why are you starring at me like this ? ” … ”what happened? ”, Manvi asked Priya.

”Is it true what I have heard? ”, Priya asked Maanvi with suspicious eyes.

”Now,what have you heard? ”, Maanvi asks Priya while folding her arms across her chest.

”That the officer was lifting you in his arms ”, she asked while teasing Manvi.

”Ooh gosh.. it was just because my leg got twisted while going down. He was just helping me ”, says Maanvi said while looking at Priya.

Manvi was trying to pretend to be normal as nothing happened.

”Ohhh ”, said Priya.

Did you feel anything? ”, Priya with an excited face asked Maanvi again.

”Not at all, Manvi says to Priya while turning to hide her red cheeks.

Then while walking Maanvi was thinking about that moment how Raghav held her hand and took her in his arms.

”Alright, lets go home now and remember to give me classwork on WhatsApp whatever teacher taught in class today ”, Manvi said to Priya while coming out from her thoughts.

”OK..Ok..I will ”, Priya replies to Maanvi.

Maanvi drops Priya at her house and then walks towards her house. After reaching home, she parks her scooty in the parking lot of her house.

”I have come home ”, Ma said loudly, Maanvi.

”My doll….. wellcome back honey, how was your day?, mother asked her.

”Good enough… mom! ”, she said while hugging her mother.

”Ok! ”.. ”Go and get fresh and I will bring something to eat ”, her mother told Maanvi.

At night, Manvi was again lost in todays thoughts, she was smiling while lying on the bed. She turns and falls asleep lost in her thoughts of Raghav.

Really, it is a strange thing that for the first time the thoughts of a boy had made Manvi so restless. Did Manvi really fall in love with someone?
