Shen Man smiled softly and replied, “We met along the way and decided to come together.”

“Well isn’t that remarkable? That you two can meet so coincidentally.” Lin Shu sneers.

Shen Man hooked her lips and nodded, “It’s really remarkable.”

Lin Shu couldn’t tell whether Shen Man understood what she meant.
She frowned and added, “I remember that the office building of our department is a long distance away from that of the Arts department.”

Yin Ruxu heard this and quickly said, “The teacher in charge of electives is in the building of your department.
I just happened to see Shen Man when I helped my classmate hand in work.”

Lin Shu looks towards Shen Man.

Hearing this, Shen Man looked up and watched the two people running around on the court.

Shao Qi was dribbling the ball and looking for an opening to shoot.

Tan Kai stood in front of him and stared at his movements.

Suddenly, Shao Qi jumped up and shot.

Tan Kai immediately jumped up too to try and block the ball.

The two of them moved very fast and aggressively.
Before the people in the bleachers could see their actions clearly, they noticed the basketball flying in the opposite direction of the hoop.
It happened to move towards the center of the bleachers.

Lin Shu’s eyes widen as she sees the fast-flying basketball gradually enlarging in her field of view.

Her brain went blank and her body froze, unable to react.

Shen Man realized the danger and quickly pushed Lin Shu aside, “Be careful!”

With a ‘thump’, the basketball hit Shen Man’s shoulder ricochets over the seats behind her.

Shen Man looked as if her shoulders were fractured.
She gritted her teeth and gasped in pain.

Everything was suddenly in chaos.
